New Liverpool FC signing reveals when he’ll start pre-season training
Alisson Becker reveals that he is due to report to Liverpool FC for pre-season training on 31 July

Alisson Becker has revealed that he is due to report to Liverpool FC for pre-season training on 31 July after his move to the Merseyside outfit.
Alisson signed for the Reds from AS Roma last week as Jurgen Klopp moved quickly to bolster his options between the posts ahead of next season.
The goalkeeper had been heavily linked with a move to Anfield all summer as the Reds looked to strengthen their squad between the posts following Loris Karius’ Champions League final nightmare.
The Brazil international was in action for his national team at this summer’s World Cup in Brazil and so has been granted an extended summer holiday.
Now, the shot-stopper has revealed that he is due to report back to Liverpool FC to begin pre-season training at the end of the month.
Speaking in an interview with LFC TV, Alisson said: “I think I have to come back from Brazil on [July] 31, and then go to Evian. And then I will start.”
Liverpool FC will be looking to try and challenge for the Premier League title next season as they look to try and win their first major trophy under Klopp.
The Reds ended up in fourth place in the Premier League table last term as they secured Champions League qualification.
However, they were beaten 3-1 by Real Madrid in the Champions League final back in May.
