Jurgen Klopp reacts to Naby Keita’s display in Liverpool FC’s 4-0 win over West Ham
Jurgen Klopp delights in Naby Keita's performance for Liverpool FC against West Ham United on Sunday

Jurgen Klopp has admitted that he was delighted by Naby Keita’s performance in Liverpool FC’s 4-0 thrashing of West Ham United in their opening game of the season.
The Reds got off to the perfect start in their Premier League campaign as they produced a brilliant display against the Hammers at Anfield to kick off the season in style.
Goals from Mohamed Salah, two strikes from Sadio Mane and an effort from Daniel Sturridge handed the Reds a comfortable victory as they moved top of the Premier League table.
Keita played the full 90 minutes on his Premier League debut after having signed for the Reds from RB Leipzig in the summer transfer window.
And Klopp was delighted with what he saw from the new Liverpool FC signing as he produced an impressive performance against the Hammers.
Speaking at his post-match news conference, Klopp said: “Absolutely a good performance, of course.
“After six weeks in I don’t make the difference between a new player and another player because for me, it is exactly similar importance that Millie and Gini are ready to make the next step in their development as well.
“So Naby is in because he’s a really good footballer and I’ve said it from the beginning that he’s obviously settled really quick and has a similar style of play in a similar position as he did at Leipzig.
“He can play different positions of course, but I think No.8 is his best in the moment, so that’s all cool.”
Liverpool FC are aiming to challenge for the Premier League title this season after having finished in fourth place in the table last term under Klopp.
The Reds brought in Keita, Fabinho, Xherdan Shaqiri and Alisson Becker during the summer transfer window ahead of the new Premier League campaign.
