Frank Lampard opens up about Liverpool FC under Jurgen Klopp
Frank Lampard admits he has been hugely impressed by Liverpool FC's start to the season under Jurgen Klopp

Frank Lampard has admitted that he has been hugely impressed by Liverpool FC’s form under Jurgen Klopp this season.
The Reds have been in sensational attacking form this term and head into the Merseyside derby clash against Everton on Sunday having thrashed Spartak Moscow 7-0 at Anfield to book their place in the last 16 of the Champions League in style.
That result followed their 5-1 thrashing of Brighton and Hove Albion in the Premier League last weekend, with Klopp’s side having established themselves as one of the top flight’s top attacking teams this season.
Liverpool FC are now preparing for their home clash against bitter local rivals Everton as they look for a victory to set themselves up for a successful hectic festive period in the Premier League.
And former Chelsea midfielder Lampard has admitted that he has been hugely impressed by what he has seen from the Merseyside outfit under Klopp this term.
Speaking to BT Sport last week, Lampard said: “They’ve got so many threats going forward as a team.
“When they’re in full flow, we talk about Manchester City, but they’re on a [similar] level in terms of being a joy to watch.
“There’s so much speed in their team. They break so quickly and have so many areas they can score goals from.”
Liverpool FC are aiming to try and challenge for the Premier League title this season after having finished fourth in the table under Klopp last term.
The Reds are yet to win their first trophy under Klopp since his appointment back in October 2015.
