Gary Neville sends blunt message to Jurgen Klopp about Liverpool FC defence
The Man United legend warns Jurgen Klopp that he can't rely on his Liverpool FC defence

Gary Neville has warned Jurgen Klopp that his Liverpool defence will continue to let him down.
The Reds attempted to sign Southampton defender Virgil van Dijk in the summer transfer window but Liverpool were unable to get a deal over the line despite the centre-half handing in a transfer request.
Liverpool have already conceded 16 times in nine games in the Premier League this season to raise serious questions about Klopp’s ability to build a solid defence 24 months into his reign.
The Merseyside outfit haven’t managed to improve their back four since Klopp took over from Brendan Rodgers after investing a mere £13 on his defence since taking over the reins.
Lovren struggled badly during Liverpool’s 4-1 loss to Tottenham Hotspur at Wembley and was replaced in the 32nd minute to spare his blushes.
Former Manchester United star Neville warned Klopp that he simply can’t rely on his Liverpool defence.
“His centre-halves and goalkeeper will always kill him. They’re not good enough. They will always let you down no matter how good you are,” Neville told Sky Sports.
Liverpool have failed to win their last three Premier League games following stalemates with Newcastle United and Manchester United before a 4-1 loss at Tottenham.
The Reds finished in fourth place in the Premier League table last season to secure a return to the Champions League.
Liverpool signed four players in the summer transfer window.
