Michael Owen hails Liverpool FC signing: I can’t believe how good he is
The Liverpool FC legend is a huge admirer of summer signing Mohamed Salah following his prolific start

Michael Owen has hailed Mohamed Salah as a “brilliant” Liverpool signing.
The Egypt international completed a £39m move to Liverpool from Serie A giants AS Roma in the summer transfer window to bolster their attacking options.
The Liverpool summer signing scored four times and made one assist in his opening seven Premier League games so far this term, including an impressive performances against Arsenal and Manchester United.
Salah has contributed some important goals in the Champions League with a goal in Liverpool’s 4-2 win against Bundesliga outfit Hoffenheim in the playoff round.
The African forward netted in a 2-2 draw with Sevilla at Anfield before Salah scored twice in a 7-0 victory over Maribor in Slovenia in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
Former Liverpool striker Owen has been impressed with Salah’s impact at Anfield since his big-money move despite the former Chelsea winger’s occasional wastefulness in front of goal.
“It’s been a brilliant start. Liverpool are so well blessed,” Owen told BT Sport.
“They have pace either side. I can’t believe how many chances he makes.
“He isn’t an unbelievable finisher but he gets so many chances every game, his numbers are totting up. He is nearly in double figures already.
“It’s brilliant for a wide man. He already looks a brilliant signing.”
Salah spent six months at Chelsea but struggled to make an impression at Stamford Bridge and was sent out on loan to Fiorentina before going to AS Roma.
Liverpool finished in fourth place in the Premier League last term to secure a return to the Champions League in their first full season under Klopp.
