Michael Owen makes clear point about Philippe Coutinho at Liverpool FC
Michael Owen delivers his verdict on Philippe Coutinho's future at Liverpool FC

Michael Owen has admitted that Liverpool FC will be “desperate” to keep Philippe Coutinho as the January transfer window draws nearer.
The Brazilian playmaker’s future was a relentless source of speculation during the summer transfer window as Barcelona were continuously linked with a move for the 25-year-old.
Coutinho was at his brilliant best on Wednesday night as he helped the Reds record a 7-0 win over Spartak Moscow at Anfield by scoring three goals in the Champions League thrashing.
The attacker’s future is likely to be a fresh source of speculation in the coming weeks as the January transfer window approaches.
And former Liverpool FC striker Owen admits that the Reds will want to keep hold of their playmaker after his sparkling performance on Wednesday night.
Speaking to BT Sport after the game, Owen said: “He is a marvellous footballer.
“It was Coutinho’s night in many ways. He had a couple of assists and three goals.
“He has so much ability. He could play in any team. Liverpool will be desperate to keep him.”
Coutinho will be expecting to feature for Liverpool FC when the Reds return to Premier League action on Sunday with a crunch derby clash against Everton at Anfield.
Liverpool FC are currently in fourth place in the Premier League table as they look to try and better their fourth-placed finish from the 2016-17 campaign.
The Reds are yet to win their first trophy under Jurgen Klopp since his appointment back in October 2015.
