Jurgen Klopp told to give Liverpool FC star a chance ahead of Tottenham clash
The Liverpool legend wants to see Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain given a chance to shine in the Reds team

Danny Murphy has urged Jurgen Klopp to give Liverpool signing Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain a chance in the Reds team.
The Merseyside outfit signed Oxlade-Chamberlain in a £40m deal from Arsenal on the final day of the summer transfer window.
The England international passed a medical at defending Premier League champions Chelsea but oped to move to Liverpool.
Oxlade-Chamberlain’s switch was thought to be motivated by the promise of regular first-team football at the Anfield outfit.
However, Jurgen Klopp has used his summer signing sparingly so far, limiting the versatile midfielder to five substitute appearances in the Premier League.
Oxlade-Chamberlain scored his first Liverpool goal in a 7-0 win against Slovenian side Maribor in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
Former Liverpool midfielder Murphy wants to see Oxlade-Chamberlain given a chance to shine in the Reds team.
“I’d like to see Ox given a chance,” Murphy told Sky Sports.
“Although he isn’t the same type as Mane, he has the same pace and ability to hurt you in wide areas. I’d like to see him play.”
Oxlade-Chamberlain spent seven seasons at the north London club but only managed to win three FA Cup crowns during that time.
Liverpool finished in fourth place in the Premier League table last term to secure a return to the Champions League.
