Michael Owen has admitted that he has been very impressed by Mo Salah's top form for Liverpool FC

Michael Owen has admitted that he has been amazed by Mohamed Salah’s start to life at Liverpool FC since moving to the summer transfer window.
Salah joined the Merseyside outfit from Serie A side Roma and has slotted seamlessly into the first team at Anfield.
The Egypt international has netted 12 goals in the Premier League and five in the Champions League for Jurgen Klopp’s men this season as he has established himself as one of the Reds’ standout players this term.
Salah scored again during Liverpool FC’s 7-0 thrashing of Spartak Moscow in the Champions League group stage on Wednesday night as he helped the Reds book their place in the last 16 as group winners.
And former Liverpool FC star Owen has admitted that he has been amazed by the positive start Salah has made to life at Anfield.
Speaking to BT Sport on Wednesday night, Owen said: “He has scored 18 goals already this season. He’s not a striker. It’s incredible.”
Liverpool FC now switch their attentions back to Premier League affairs and their derby clash against Everton at Anfield on Sunday.
The Reds head into that game in fourth place in the Premier League table as they look to try and keep themselves in the title race heading into the hectic festive period in the top flight.
