Liverpool have been handed a boost in the race to sign Naby Keita from in the summer transfer window, according to reports

Liverpool have been told that RB Leipzig winger Naby Keita will cost £70m in the summer transfer window, according to reports in England.
The Guardian is reporting that the Bundesliga champions have offered Liverpool encouragement in their pursuit of the Senegal international despite publicly stating the winger isn’t for sale.
The same article is stating that Keita is refusing to sign a contract extension with the Bundesliga giants despite helping the club to secure a spot in next season’s Champions League.
According to the story in the English media outlet, RB Leipzig have informed Liverpool that Keita will cost £70m in the 2017 summer transfer window which is £20m higher than the Reds’ valuation.
Liverpool completed the club-record signing of Egypt winger Mohamed Salah from Serie A outfit AS Roma last week as Jurgen Klopp completed his second signing of the summer.
The German coach is looking to bolster his squad ahead of a return to the Champions League next term.
England Under-20 international Dominic Solanke was his first signing of the summer transfer window after the forward completed a move from Liverpool to Chelsea earlier this month.
