Liverpool chief replies to calls for Reds to sign star 28-year-old forward
Liverpool chief executive Peter Moore jokingly rules out a transfer move for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

Liverpool chief executive Peter Moore has jokingly ruled out a transfer move for Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang – because of his long name.
The Reds are believed to be on the lookout for a number of new attacking signings this summer, with the Merseyside outfit having already wrapped up the arrival of winger Mohamed Salah from Roma.
Liverpool are in the market for a number of players as Jurgen Klopp prepares his team for a return to the Champions League next season.
Aubameyang, who worked under Klopp at Borussia Dortmund, has been touted as a possible transfer target for a number of Premier League clubs this summer.
That speculation prompted one fan to plead with new Liverpool chief Moore to make a transfer move to sign Aubameyang this summer on Twitter.
And Moore was clearly feeling light-hearted about the situation as he simply replied: “All the profits would disappear with the cost of lettering the shirts…”
Liverpool are preparing for a return to the Champions League next season after Klopp led the Reds to a fourth-placed finish last term.
