Sadio Mane predicts where Liverpool FC will finish this season
Sadio Mane believes that it is too early to predict where Liverpool FC will finish in the Premier League this season

Sadio Mane believes that it is too early to predict whether Liverpool FC will be able to finish in second place this season.
The Reds secured an impressive 4-1 victory over West Ham United at Anfield on Saturday to move up into second spot in the table before Manchester United’s clash with Chelsea FC on Sunday.
Jurgen Klopp will be aiming to try and steer Liverpool FC to as high a finish as possible as he bids to bring Champions League football to Anfield once again next season.
Liverpool FC finished in fourth place in the Premier League last term and they will be aiming to at least better that finish this time around.
However, Mane – who netted the Reds’ fourth goal against West Ham on Saturday – feels that it is far to early to be talking about potential finishes for the Reds.
Speaking to BBC Sport after Saturday’s game, Mane said: “It’s too early to speak about possibilities. But it’s football, everything is possible.
“We’ll take it game by game and try to win. We don’t know what place we’re going to be in.”
Liverpool FC now have the week off to prepare for their next Premier League game – a home clash against Newcastle United at Anfield on Saturday evening.
The Reds have already all but booked their place in the quarter-finals of the Champions League with a 5-0 thrashing of FC Porto in the first leg of their last 16 clash.
