Jurgen Klopp sends message to Liverpool FC fans about Sadio Mane
Jurgen Klopp confirms when Sadio Mane will return to Liverpool FC after his summer holiday

Jurgen Klopp has confirmed that Sadio Mane will report back to Liverpool FC after the Community Shield clash with Manchester City next month.
The attacker has been in action with Senegal at the Africa Cup of Nations and he helped them reach the final, where they ended up losing 1-0 to Algeria.
Due to his lengthy participation in the tournament, the forward has been given an extended summer holiday and he will not report back to Melwood until Monday 5 August, the day after Liverpool FC’s clash with Manchester City at Wembley.
Klopp has now confirmed that Mane is in good shape and that he will return to the club before Liverpool FC’s Premier League opener against Norwich City at Anfield on 8 August.
Speaking in an interview with Liverpool FC’s website, Klopp said: “He is in good shape.
“Obviously they had a celebration in Senegal and I’m happy about that because it showed that they respect the competition and saw the second place as a success, which is nice.
“He is now on holiday, not the longest one – he will be back on August 5, after the Manchester City game. That means he had two weeks.
“There is four or five days to prepare for Norwich, 10 days for Chelsea [in the Uefa Super Cup].”
The 27-year-old was a key player in the Liverpool FC squad last season as he helped them to finish second in the Premier League and win the Champions League trophy.
He scored 22 goals and made one assist in 36 Premier League appearances for the Reds – and he will be hoping to help Klopp’s men go one step further in the English top flight this season.
