Jurgen Klopp raves about 20-year-old Liverpool FC star
Jurgen Klopp has his say on Trent Alexander-Arnold's fine form for Liverpool FC in recent months

Jurgen Klopp has heaped praise on Trent Alexander-Arnold following his sparkling displays for Liverpool FC in recent months.
The 20-year-old was a regular fixture in the first team at Anfield last season as he helped the Reds to finish in second place in the Premier League table and just a point behind champions Manchester City.
Alexander-Arnold scored one goal and made 12 assists for the Reds last term in 29 Premier League games for the Merseyside outfit.
He also played an important role in helping Liverpool FC to win their first major trophy under Klopp as they tasted Champions League glory last term.
The England international will be hoping to hold down a regular spot in the first team under Klopp once again this season as the Reds aim to try and challenge for the Premier League title.
And Klopp has admitted that he has been thoroughly impressed by Alexander-Arnold’s performances despite his young age.
Speaking in an interview with ESPN FC, Klopp said: “I tell people and the best thing is, he’s 20. And even better, he’s grown up like 200 yards from Melwood.
“So it’s from here to there and this is it and I know how desperate the people are waiting constantly for these specific figures.
“And it could be sometimes too much for specific people but it’s not for Trent.
“I saw after the finals all the videos and watch the press conference, the pre match conference with Trent and Robbo [Andy Robertson] and I couldn’t have been more impressed.
“I normally don’t watch that, but I watched everything. I was really impressed. 20 years old, so smart, so clear. Everything.”
Liverpool FC will kick off their Premier League campaign with a home clash against Norwich City on 8 August.
The Reds have not yet won the Premier League trophy and they will be aiming to challenge Manchester City for the title this term.
