Virgil van Dijk lays out big Liverpool FC targets
Virgil van Dijk says Liverpool FC are aiming big this season

Virgil van Dijk has challenged his Liverpool FC team-mates to help the Reds to mount challenges on all four fronts this season.
The Reds have started the new campaign strongly and they made it two wins from two as they sealed a 2-0 victory over Crystal Palace on Monday night.
Liverpool FC will be aiming to be one of the main challengers for the Premier League title this season, with the Merseyside outfit ending up in fourth place in the table and without a trophy last term.
Jurgen Klopp’s men are currently placed second in the table as they look to try and challenge Manchester City for the top-flight crown.
And Van Dijk believes that the Reds will be capable of challenging for all of the major trophies this season.
Speaking to Sky Sports on Monday night, Van Dijk said: “We have to try and win everything. It’s Liverpool’s mindset. It has been a while.
“We don’t need to think too far ahead. We have two clean sheets but it is a long road ahead.”
Van Dijk has been settling into life at Anfield since his move to Merseyside from Southampton back in the January transfer window.
Liverpool FC are still aiming to win their first major trophy under Klopp since his appointment at Anfield back in October 2015.
The Reds will return to Premier League action on Saturday evening when they host Brighton and Hove Albion at Anfield.
