Jamie Redknapp raves about 21-year-old linked with Liverpool FC
The Liverpool FC legend is big fan of Bournemouth midfielder Lewis Dunk, who has been linked with a move to Anfield

Jamie Redknapp believes Lewis Dunk is destined for a top-six club in the Premier League after his impressive performance in Bournemouth’s 4-1 loss to Tottenham on Sunday.
The 21-year-old was part of the Cherries team that suffered a resounding defeat at the hands of Spurs despite Dunk’s eye-catching performance.
A report in February suggested that Liverpool FC have sent scouts to keep tabs on Cook as the Reds look to replace Germany international Emre Can.
Indeed, the Merseyside outfit have been linked with a potential £20m to sign the promising English midfielder at the end of the 2017-18 season.
Cook has made 29 appearances in all competitions for Eddie Howe’s side this term to underline his growing importance to Bournemouth.
Former Liverpool FC midfielder Redknapp is impressed with Cook’s performance on Sunday despite Bournemouth’s 4-1 loss to Spurs.
“Lewis Cook may have made a mistake for Tottenham’s third goal but that should not take away from what was a brilliant performance,” Redknapp told the Daily Mail.
“Such was his maturity in midfield against Victor Wanyama and Mousa Dembele that it is hard to believe he has just turned 21. He has been on my radar since his days at Leeds but he has come on leaps and bounds at Bournemouth.
“In a year or so I am in little doubt he will get a chance to play for one of the big six sides. This boy is destined for the top.”
Bournemouth signed Cook in a transfer from Championship outfit Leeds United in the 2016 summer transfer window to improve their midfield options.
The Cherries star made nine appearances in all competitions in the 2016-17 season before the midfielder came into his own in the current campaign.
Liverpool FC lost 2-1 to bitter rivals Manchester United at Old Trafford last weekend to leave the Reds five points behind Jose Mourinho’s second-placed team.
