Steve Nicol predicts new Liverpool FC signing is worth 12 points
The Liverpool FC legend believes Alisson Becker will save the Reds 12 points in the Premier League next term

Steve Nicol believes Liverpool FC signing Alisson Becker will save Jurgen Klopp’s side 12 points next season.
The Reds finally completed a deal to sign the Brazil international in a world record fee for a goalkeeper from AS Roma on Thursday evening.
Alisson became Liverpool FC’s second most expensive signing following his £67m switch to the Anfield side from the Italian giants.
The 25-year-old established himself as a top goalkeeper in Serie A last season after he replaced former Arsenal star Wojciech Szczesny as Roma’s first-choice goalkeeper.
Liverpool FC haven’t had a world class goalkeeper since Brendan Rodgers allowed World Cup winner Pepe Reina to leave in 2013.
Both Simon Mignolet and Loris Karius have struggled when given a chance to shine in the Liverpool FC team by Jurgen Klopp.
Former Liverpool FC defender Nicol believes Alisson will secure an additional 12 points for the Reds next term.
“This guy will give Liverpool FC another 12 points a season,” Nicol told ESPN FC.
Liverpool FC have also signed AS Monaco midfielder Fabinho, RB Leipzig star Naby Keita and Stoke City forward Xherdan Shaqiri in the summer transfer window so far.
The Reds lost 3-1 to La Liga giants Real Madrid in the Champions League final last term after Karius made two mistakes in the Kiev showpiece.
