Jurgen Klopp told new Liverpool FC signing isn’t as good as Thibaut Courtois
ESPN FC pundit Brian McBride says Liverpool FC signing Alisson Becker isn't as good as Chelsea FC's Thibaut Courtois

Chelsea FC contract rebel Thibaut Courtois is a better goalkeeper than Liverpool FC number one Alisson Becker, Brian McBride has claimed.
The Reds signed the Brazil international in a world record £67m deal from Serie A giants AS Roma to make Alisson the most expensive goalkeeper in the world.
Alisson was previously linked with a move to FA Cup winners Chelsea FC and Champions League holders Real Madrid but eventually completed his switch to the Anfield side.
The 25-year-old will be tasked with replacing Loris Karius and Simon Mignolet in the Liverpool FC team after their pair struggled to find consistency under Jurgen Klopp.
Courtois is facing an uncertain future at Chelsea FC after the Belgium international indicated that he would not sign a new deal with the west London side.
Real Madrid have been linked with a potential swoop to sign the Chelsea FC shot stopper in a cut price £31m deal given Courtois has 12 months left to run on his current deal.
ESPN FC pundit McBride has claimed that Courtois is still a better goalkeeper than Alisson.
“Courtois is a better shot stopper right now,” McBridge told ESPN FC.
“Alisson fits Liverpool. His ability to play as a sweeper keeper. He can help Liverpool play out from the back. He is the perfect fit.”
Chelsea FC finished in fifth spot in the Premier League table last season to miss out in the Champions League.
