Guillem Balague replies when asked if Philippe Coutinho will leave Liverpool FC
The Spanish football expert sheds light on Barcelona's interest in Liverpool FC midfielder Philippe Coutinho

Guillem Balague has revealed that Liverpool FC are not prepared to sell Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona in the January transfer window.
The Brazil international was heavily linked with a move to Barcelona in the summer and the La Liga outfit were reported to have made a number of attempts to sign the 25-year-old attacker.
Former Inter Milan midfielder Coutinho even handed in a transfer request in an attempt to force through a move to the Spanish outfit before the close of the summer transfer window.
Jurgen Klopp took his time before reintroducing the Liverpool number 10 back into the Reds team following his transfer saga.
Coutinho has scored five goals in his last two starts in all competitions following landslide victories over Brighton and Hove Albion and Spartak Moscow.
Barcelona are being linked with a fresh attempt to sign the South American star following Coutinho’s return of nine goals and five assists in 14 appearances in all competitions this term.
Speaking to Sky Sports about Coutinho’s potential transfer to Barcelona, La Liga expert Balague said:
“Liverpool’s stance is the same, meaning right now they don’t want to negotiate with Barcelona.
“They are not sitting down with Barcelona and are not setting a price for him. In the summer, it will be a different story, but they have no intention of selling him right now.”
Coutinho moved to Liverpool FC in a £8.5m deal from Serie A giants Inter Milan in the 2013 summer transfer window.
The Reds star scored 13 goals and made seven assists in 31 games last term.
