Sky Sports News reporter confirms Liverpool FC want to sell 23-year-old striker
Sky Sports News reporter Dharmesh Sheth confirms Liverpool FC want to sell Divock Origi this summer

Liverpool FC want to offload Divock Origi in a permanent deal this summer, Sky Sports News reporter Dharmesh Sheth has claimed.
The Reds welcomed Origi back to Jurgen Klopp’s squad this summer after the Belgium international spent the 2017-18 season on loan at Bundesliga side Wolfsburg.
The on-loan Liverpool FC forward scored a disappointing six goals and made two assists in 22 starts and nine substitute appearances in the Bundesliga last season.
Origi is facing an uncertain future at Liverpool FC given his route to the first team is congested given competition from Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane and Daniel Sturridge.
The Belgian forward made a positive impression in Klopp’s first season in charge with 10 goals in 33 appearances to help Liverpool FC reach the Europa League.
However, Origi has been linked with a potential exit at Liverpool FC this summer amid reported interest from Turkish side Fenerbahce in the current transfer window.
Sky Sports News reporter Sheth believes Liverpool FC are looking to offload Origi in a permanent deal in the summer transfer window.
“Liverpool are listening to offers but only a permanent transfer as opposed to a loan,” Sheth told the Transfer Talk podcast.
Liverpool FC have signed AS Monaco midfielder Fabinho, RB Leipzig star Naby Keita, Stoke City forward Xherdan Shaqiri and AS Roma goalkeeper Alisson Becker in the summer transfer window.
