Bundesliga expert claims 23-year-old could still sign with Liverpool FC
Sky Germany reporter Marc Behrenbeck reveals Liverpool FC could still manage to convince Emre Can to stay at Anfield

Liverpool FC have a chance of convincing Emre Can to sign a new contract despite interest from Juventus, according to Sky Germany reporter Marc Behrenbeck.
The Reds midfielder has been regularly linked with a move to Serie A giants Juventus over the past 18 months following his emergence as a key player at Anfield.
Can has less than six months remaining on his current deal at the 18-time English champions to prompt talk of a potential free transfer at the end of the 2017-18 season.
The 23-year-old midfielder could also leave Liverpool FC in January transfer window if the Reds decide to cash in on the versatile midfielder.
Can was a key player in Liverpool FC’s 4-3 win against Premier League leaders Manchester City at Anfield last weekend.
The German star has scored one goal and has made three assists in 18 appearances in the Premier League this term.
Sky Germany reporter Behrenbeck has revealed that Liverpool FC still have a shot at convincing Can to remain at Anfield and prove that the Reds are going places under Jurgen Klopp.
“I know Emre Can’s agent. He hasn’t signed any contract at the moment,” Behrenbeck told the Transfer Talk podcast.
“He hasn’t agreed to a contract with Juventus. Juventus are crazy about him.
“They want him as a new midfielder. Emre and his agent told me there will be talks with Jurgen in January. He will not decide his future in the next days or weeks.
“Liverpool is another chance but it is really important for him to have a good team. But now Coutinho has moved to Barcelona. This is a reason why he wants to wait weeks or months before deciding his future.”
Liverpool FC finished in fourth place in the Premier League table last term in Klopp’s first full season in charge of the Reds.
