Liverpool FC could offer Divock Origi in part exchange for 22-year-old defender – report
Liverpool FC could use Divock Origi as part of a deal for Real Betis defender Junior Firpo, according to a report

Liverpool FC could use Divock Origi as part of a deal to sign Real Betis defender Junior Firpo, according to a report in Spain.
Spanish media outlet Mucho Deporte, as quoted by the Daily Express, is reporting that Liverpool FC are interested in signing Firpo as competition for Andy Robertson.
The same article states that Jurgen Klopp has identified Firpo as a potential replacement for Spanish defender Alberto Moreno, who left the club on a free transfer earlier this summer.
According to the same story, La Liga side Real Betis are looking to secure a transfer fee in the region of £26m for the 22-year-old in the current transfer window.
The report adds that Liverpool FC are hoping to include Origi as part of the deal in an attempt to get a transfer for Firpo over the line in the summer transfer window.
Liverpool FC have only signed one player in the summer transfer window so far following the arrival of 17-year-old Sepp van der Berg.
The Reds won the Champions League title for a sixth time last season thanks to a 2-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur in the Madrid showpiece.
Klopp’s side finished in second place in the Premier League table and a point adrift of champions Manchester City.
