Jurgen Klopp has emphatically dismissed speculation suggesting that the Liverpool FC boss could take over the reins at Juventus.

The German head coach has been touted as a potential candidate to replace Massimiliano Allegri at the Serie A giants ahead of the 2019-20 season.

Klopp is still waiting to win his first piece of silverware at Liverpool FC after the charismatic coach succeeded Brendan Rodgers at Anfield in October 2015.

The former Borussia Dortmund manager has led Liverpool FC to League Cup, Europa League and Champions League finals – but experienced defeat on all three occasions.

However, Klopp can end his trophy drought when Liverpool FC take on Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League showpiece in Madrid on Saturday night.

The 49-year-old led Liverpool FC to a second-placed finish in the Premier League table this term as the Reds amassed 97 points but still finished behind champions Manchester City.

Speaking to the media ahead of the Champions League final, Klopp was quick to dismiss talk of his imminent appointment at Juventus.

“Of course it’s a league that I like, Italy is a beautiful country, but these rumours about me going to Juventus are bulls**t,” Klopp told his media conference on Tuesday.

“There’s nothing true about it, I’m not going to leave Liverpool.

“I know Serie A very well, I follow it and I like it but I am going to stay at Liverpool.”

Liverpool FC have finished in the top four in the last three seasons under Klopp’s management to underline their progress.

The Reds were 4-0 winners against La Liga champions FC Barcelona to secure their place in the Champions League final for the second successive season.
