Liverpool FC set to make Mo Salah best-paid Premier League player – report
Liverpool FC are ready to pay Mohamed Salah £22.4m a year, according to a report in Spain

Liverpool FC are set to make Mohamed Salah the best-paid player in the Premier League, according to a report in Spain.
The Sun quote unnamed reports in Spain that are claiming Liverpool FC are close to agreeing a new £430,000-a-week deal with Salah.
The same article states that the Egypt international could be set to earn £22.4m-a-year, which would make him the top flight’s best-paid player.
According to the same story, Salah is set to earn more than Alexis Sanchez after the Chile international swapped Arsenal for Manchester United in 2018.
The report goes on to state the Liverpool FC’s new deal should end any speculation linking Salah with a move this summer.
The Sun add that even though Salah only signed a new Liverpool FC deal last summer, the Reds are keen to extend his contract until 2023.
Liverpool FC finished in second place in the Premier League table last season as the Reds ended up a point adrift of champions Manchester City.
Salah finished as the division’s joint top goal-scorer alongside Sergio Aguero and Sadio Mane.
The Egypt forward scored Liverpool FC’s opening goal in their 2-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur in the Champions League final in Madrid at the start of June.
Liverpool FC have never won the Premier League title.
