Mohamed Salah would be foolish to leave Liverpool FC, claims Paul Ince
The Liverpool FC legend urges Mohamed Salah to remain at Anfield despite the temptation to move to FC Barcelona or Real Madrid

Paul Ince believes Mohamed Salah would be foolish to leave Liverpool FC for FC Barcelona or Real Madrid at the end of the season.
The Egypt international moved to Liverpool FC in a £39m deal from Serie A giants AS Roma last summer to bolster Jurgen Klopp’s attacking options.
Salah was signed to provide another pacy option on the wing following Sadio Mane’s impressive impact at Anfield in the 2016-17 season.
However, Liverpool FC struggled badly when Mane was sidelined due to injury or was away at the Africa Cup of Nations last term.
Salah, though, has surpassed expectations with an incredible return of 28 goals in 30 games in the Premier League this term.
The 25-year-old is one of the favourites to win the PFA player of the year award but faces competition from Manchester City playmaker Kevin De Bruyne.
Luis Suarez was the most recent Liverpool FC player to win the PFA award before the Uruguayan moved to FC Barcelona in a £75m deal months later.
Reports over the past week have suggested Salah could be the subject of a bid from La Liga giants Real Madrid at the end of the campaign.
Former Liverpool FC captain Ince is desperate to see Salah remain at Merseyside outfit and help the Reds challenge for the Premier League title next term.
“Mohamed Salah would be foolish to leave Liverpool right now,” Ince told Paddy Power. “He’s in a place which is the perfect fit for him.
“Don’t get me wrong, it’s always going to be tough when the big boys come calling. It’s hard to ignore Real Madrid or Barcelona – as we saw with Philippe Coutinho and Luis Suarez. But I believe Salah should sit tight.
“There’s a lot of progression at Liverpool, they’re slowly but surely evolving. Creeping up the table, and doing fantastically in the Champions League.
“If Salah sits tight and enjoys the ride, he could find himself on a trophy-winning team next season, where he would be the star man.”
