Journalist identifies how many signings Liverpool FC still need
Sunday Times reporter Duncan Castles claims Liverpool FC will still need to sign three more players in the summer transfer window

Liverpool FC still need to sign three more players to add more depth to Jurgen Klopp’s squad this summer, reporter Duncan Castles has claimed.
The Reds have been active in the summer transfer window following four new arrivals at the Champions League runners up.
Liverpool FC started their summer spending with the £39m addition of Brazil international Fabinho from Ligue 1 side AS Monaco.
The Reds finally landed Naby Keita in a £48m deal from Bundesliga outfit RB Leipzig to further improve their options in the middle of the park.
Liverpool FC brought in Switzerland international Xherdan Shaqiri in a £13.5m deal from relegated Stoke City to bolster their attack.
Klopp spent a world record fee on a goalkeeper when Alisson Becker completed a move to Liverpool FC from AS Roma last week.
Sunday Times reporter Castles believes Klopp needs three more additions to his squad ahead of the new Premier League campaign.
“They need a better centre-half,” Castles told the Transfer Window podcast. “They need a better back up at left-back.
“They need a back up striker. They are going to depend on Sturridge, which is always risky business.”
Liverpool FC finished in fourth place in the Premier League table last season to ensure their continued participation in the Champions League.
The Reds lost 3-1 to Spanish giants Real Madrid in the Champions League final in Kiev to miss out on sixth European Cup.
