“Liverpool are unbeaten in their last 23 home European games (W17 D6) and it would be a major surprise if Genk – struggling midtable in the Belgian First Division – were able to stop the Reds from going into Sunday’s vital league game with Manchester City on the back of another comfortable home win,” Owen told BetVictor.
“Jurgen Klopp’s side won the reverse fixture 4-1 in Belgian on Matchday 3, but I can’t see the visitors finding the back of the net at Anfield.”

The Reds beat Bayern Munich, FC Porto and FC Barcelona in the knockout stage.
Klopp’s men were 2-0 winners against Tottenham Hotspur in the final courtesy of goals from Salah and Divock Origi.
