Paul Scholes predicts Liverpool FC v Man City in Champions League
Paul Scholes looks ahead to Liverpool FC's Champions League showdown with Manchester City next month

Paul Scholes believes that Liverpool FC will have a “great chance” of beating Manchester City to reach the Champions League semi-finals next month.
The Reds were in brilliant form on Saturday night as they bounced back to winning ways in the Premier League with a thumping 5-0 victory over Watford at Anfield.
Mohamed Salah continued his amazing performances for the Reds as he hit four goals and set up Roberto Firmino in a dominant victory for Jurgen Klopp’s men.
Liverpool FC have been pitted against Premier League leaders Manchester City in the Champions League quarter-finals and they will take on Pep Guardiola’s men over two legs next month.
And Scholes believes that Liverpool FC will have a good chance of making the last four, especially if Salah continues his fine form for the Reds.
Speaking to BT Sport on Saturday, Scholes said: “He [Salah] has had a great season but I think Liverpool in general have had a good season.
“They’ve got a big Champions League coming up and if he can stay in that sort of form they’ll have a great chance of going through.”
Liverpool FC will return to Premier League action after the international break when they travel to Crystal Palace on 31 March.
The Reds are currently in third place in the Premier League table as they look to try and catch Manchester United and finish in second spot in the table.
Liverpool FC finished in fourth place in the Premier League last season.
