Liverpool told to forget about signing Bundesliga duo
RB Leipzig are adamant that Naby Keita and Emil Foserg aren't for sale amid interest from Liverpool in the talented duo

Liverpool have been told to forget about signing Naby Keita and Emil Fosberg from RB Leipzig this summer by the club’s CEO.
The Reds are on the look out to bring in some players capable of bolstering their squad ahead of a return to the Champions League next term.
Liverpool have only completed one deal in the summer transfer window so far after England Under-20 international Dominic Solanke opted to complete a move to Anfield from Premier League champions Chelsea.
Former Blues winger Mohamed Salah is thought to be on the brink of completing a switch to Liverpool in a club-record deal from Serie A giants AS Roma.
Jurgen Klopp has been linked with a move to sign RB Leipzig winger Naby Keita regularly over the past couple of weeks, while the Senegal international’s team-mate Fosberg is thought to be another target for the Reds.
However, the Bundesliga runners-up are adamant that Leipzig duo Kieta and Fosberg won’t be leaving the club in the summer transfer window.
“It would be negligent to sell one of our key players now,” RB Leipzig chief executive Oliver Mintzlaff told Bild, as quoted by the Independent.
“Emil and Naby are extremely talented and developing players. We are glad that we are able to keep up with their development as a club.
“And now we can prove ourselves in the Champions League in the coming season.”
Liverpool finished in fourth place in the Premier League table last term.
