Rodgers is reported to have a clause in his contract which requires owners Fenway Sports Group to inform him whether they plan to offer him a new deal by February.
But the Liverpool manager revealed he has not spoken to John W Henry or Tom Werner about penning a new contract, adding that he is relaxed about his future.
“It’s something that doesn’t really come into my thinking,” Rodgers is quoted as saying by the ECHO.

“I am very happy here and focused on my work. Even if I wasn’t offered anything I’d give everything for the club until the last day of that contract.”
