Liverpool transfers: Gokhan Inler happy at Napoli despite speculation
Liverpool transfers: Gokhan Inler wants to see out his Napoli contract despite interest from England, says the midfielder's agent

Gokhan Inler is very happy at Napoli despite reported interest from Arsenal and Liverpool, according to the midfielder’s agent.
The Switzerland international has struggled to hold down a starting spot in Walter Mazzarri’s line-up in recent months as the Naples side’s Serie A title hopes faded.
The 28-year-old, who joined Napoli from Udinese in 2011, has scored five goals and made two assists in 28 league appearances, with Arsenal and Liverpool having recently been linked with a move for the midfielder.
However, Inler’s agent Dino Lamberti says his client wants to see out the remaining three years on his contract and help Mazzarri’s men win the Serie A title next season.
“Inler has three years left on his contract and he’s very happy here,” Lamberti told Radio Kiss Kiss on Tuesday.
“From his point of view, he is 100 per cent committed to the squad and he is very happy to live in the city.
“He wants to stay. Ever since he arrived, his objective was to play in the Champions League and to win the Scudetto.
“He joined Napoli to win and if he doesn’t lift the League title this season then he’ll do it next season.”
