Liverpool transfers: Lazar Markovic has confirmed that he is to move to Anfield via series of Facebook posts
Lazar Markovic is set to be confirmed as a Liverpool player after the Serbian starlet posted a photo of him holding a Reds shirt on his Facebook page.
The highly-rated 20-year-old winger is thought be on the verge of a £20m move to Anfield from Benfica and has confirmed that he is on his way out of the Portuguese club via a series of posts on the social network.
Markovic scored five goals in 26 league games for Benfica last season and is rated as one of Serbia’s top prospects after helping his side win the league last term.
