Liverpool transfers: Martin Montoya calm about Barcelona future
Liverpool transfers: Barcelona defender Martin Montoya insists he isn't concerned about his future at the Catalan side

Martin Montoya insists he is relaxed about his long-term future at Barcelona amid reported interest from Liverpool.
The 22-year-old right-back is set to be out of contract at the end of the season and Barcelona are yet to offer the promising defender a new deal.
I believe that the negotiations are on the way but without pressure

The Under-21 Spain international Montoya has become a regular fixture in the Barca side this season, making one assist in eight La Liga starts for the reigning champions.
And Montoya’s performances have prompted interest from a host of European clubs, including Liverpool, as Brendan Rodgers looks to strengthen his options in the full-back positions.
But Montoya is confident that he will successfully negotiate a new deal with the Catalan side and continue to learn from Alves.
“There is no hurry for me to sign a new deal,” Montoya is quoted as saying after Barcelona’s 4-0 win over Elche on Sunday.
“Now I am at the best club in the world and I learn each day from Dani Alves.
“I believe that the negotiations are on the way but without pressure.”
