Liverpool will be relieved to let Luis Suarez go, says ex-England boss
Glenn Hoddle believes that Luis Suárez's expected transfer to Barcelona will come as a relief to Liverpool

Glenn Hoddle believes that Luis Suarez’s expected transfer to Barcelona will come as a relief to Liverpool.
The 27-year-old forward, who is serving a four-month ban from all football-related activity for biting Giorgio Chiellini at the World Cup, is widely expected to secure a big-money transfer to Camp Nou in the coming weeks.

Suarez was in sensational form last season and scored 31 Premier League goals as he won the PFA player of the year award.
But former England boss Hoddle feels that the striker’s proposed move to Spain will prove to be good business by the Merseyside club.
“The baggage comes with him and wherever he ends up he’s going to have that baggage,” Hoddle is quoted as saying by the Daily Express.
“Off the pitch it might be ‘phew, we’ve got away with that a little bit and got decent money for him’.
“I think Liverpool will look at it and say it was out of their hands in many ways why he’s had to leave, but they move on.
“Liverpool’s a big club and there’s no one player bigger than any football club in the world. Liverpool have proved that over the years.”
