Liverpool’s Luis Suarez: We’ve a good chance of a top-four finish
Liverpool striker Luis Suarez believes the Reds have a good chance of securing a top-four finish this season

Luis Suarez believes Liverpool have a “good chance” of finishing in the Premier League’s top four this season.
The Reds have made a promising start to the season, winning five of their opening eight top-flight games, which has left the 18-time English champions in third place.
Brendan Rodgers’ men take on in-form West Bromwich Albion at Anfield on Saturday, and Uruguay international Suarez believes Liverpool can capitalise on the slip-up of their rivals.
“We know we have a good chance [of a top-four finish] because this season in the Premier League, you never know what will happen in the games,” Suarez said.
“City have lost, United have lost, Chelsea have lost…it’s difficult. When we drew the last game against Newcastle, we knew we’d missed a chance because it was against 10 men. But now we are focused on West Bromwich Albion.”
Suarez is yet to find the net against the Baggies despite netting 23 Premier League strikes last season, but the 26-year-old would swap three points for a goal on Saturday.
“I can sleep very well – it’s not important for me” he added. “Winning the game is what is important for me.
“We know West Brom are a good team. They are strong and they have a very good coach. Steve Clarke knows most of the players here. At Anfield, last season we lost [this fixture] but we know when you’re strong here at home, we will be in a better position.”
