Steven Gerrard struck the winner from the penalty spot as Liverpool came from a goal down to beat Aston Villa.
Christian Benteke had given Paul Lambert’s men the lead after half an hour but Jordan Henderson equalised just after half-time, before Gerrard dispatched his spot-kick after Nathan Barker had fouled Suárez.
