Arsenal moved into third place ahead of Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur courtesy of a dramatic 3-1 victory over Norwich City at The Emirates.
Elsewhere, Everton were 2-0 winners against Queens Park Rangers, Liverpool were held to a goalless draw by Reading, Aston Villa picked up a big point and Southampton drew with West Ham United.
