Liverpool interested in signing 26-year-old proven Premier League star – report
Liverpool are interested in signing Riyad Mahrez from Leicester this summer, according to reports

Liverpool are showing an interest in signing Riyad Mahrez from Leicester City this summer, according to reports in the British media.
The Daily Mail, as quoted by Metro, is claiming that Jurgen Klopp has added the 26-year-old Algerian winger to his list of potential transfer targets this summer.
The same report, however, states that Liverpool would be likely to face competition from both Chelsea and Arsenal for the signature of the attacker.
Indeed, the article claims that Arsenal are currently the front-runners for his signature but Barcelona are also pondering a move for the Premier League star.
Mahrez’s future at Leicester has been a source of debate in recent weeks after he publicly revealed his desire to leave the King Power Stadium and join another club.
However, despite his comments at the start of the summer, there is yet to be any official announcement about his future.
Liverpool are believed to be keen to strengthen their attack this summer and have been heavily linked with a bid for AS Roma winger Mohamed Salah.
Mahrez helped Leicester City win the Premier League in the 2015-16 campaign.
