Mark Lawrenson states his prediction for Man City v Tottenham
Mark Lawrenson looks ahead to Manchester City's clash with Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League on Saturday

Mark Lawrenson is tipping Tottenham to take a point and seal a 1-1 draw with Manchester City at The Etihad in the Premier League on Saturday evening.
The Lilywhites head into the game facing the daunting task of taking on Pep Guardiola’s men, who have won their last 15 games in the Premier League.
Manchester City have been flying high at the top of the Premier League table all season and are the clear favourites to win the title this term.
Tottenham will be aiming to take at least a point from the game as they look to become the first team to beat Pep Guardiola’s men so far this season.
And former Liverpool FC star Lawrenson is tipping the Lilywhites to snatch a point from their trip to The Etihad on Saturday evening.
Writing in his column for BBC Sport, Lawrenson said: “It is really important for Tottenham that Mauricio Pochettino’s side acquit themselves well here.
“Spurs’ record under him in the big games, especially away from home, has been poor – just one win in 17.
“City have just been great and Tottenham will have to be at their best to hold them up – but I think they can be the team to do it.”
Tottenham Hotspur will take on Serie A champions Juventus after they were pitted against the Italian side in the last 16 of the Champions League.
Spurs head into their game against the Premier League leaders having beaten Brighton and Hove Albion 2-0 at Wembley in midweek.
Mauricio Pochettino’s men are currently in fourth place in the Premier League table and 18 points behind the leaders.
