Man City transfers: The Premier League champions want to get their business concluded early this summer
Manchester City are planning to get their transfer dealings concluded early this summer, chairman Khaldoon Al Mubarak has revealed.
The Premier League champions have been linked with a number of players in recent weeks, including Arsenal right-back Bacary Sagna and Porto’s Eliaquim Mangala.

And the Citizens are out to wrap up their business early, despite Uefa having put a £49m cap on their summer spending for breaching financial fair play rules.
“Expect the same, but even earlier,” Al Mubarak is quoted as saying by the Daily Mirror.
“Today I can tell you we know exactly what needs to be done, we know exactly the players that need to go and the players that need to come to the areas that need to be strengthened.
“So I can tell our fans: expect an efficient and swift execution plan and we will have, after the World Cup, a good pre-season and will go into the season very ready as we did last year ready to compete in four all four competitions.”
