William Gallas states his prediction for Man City v Arsenal
The former Arsenal defender tells Unai Emery how to approach their game against Manchester City on Sunday

William Gallas says Arsenal need to approach Sunday’s clash at The Etihad like Liverpool FC did in their Champions League victory over Manchester City last season to have any chance of winning.
Unai Emery’s side will make the long trip to Manchester City in pursuit of a third successive Premier League win to secure their place in the top four.
Arsenal were 2-0 winners against Chelsea FC last month but the Citizens will be a different proposition given the defending champions have lost just once at The Etihad this season.
Manchester City suffered a surprise 2-1 defeat by Newcastle United at St James’ Park on Tuesday night and can ill afford to drop more points in the title race.
Liverpool FC beat Manchester City home and away in their Champions League quarter-final meeting last term as the Citizens struggled to live with Jurgen Klopp’s front three.
Former Arsenal defender Gallas believes the Gunners need to replicate Liverpool FC’s approach to end their losing run to Manchester City.
“Arsenal played well against Chelsea but their victory was partly down to Chelsea performing badly,” Gallas told LeoVegas Sport.
“The only way that Arsenal can win against Manchester City is to be aggressive. They can’t let them play because when they start to play, you are in trouble. Arsenal have to play like Liverpool did against Man City in the Champions League last year to have any chance of winning.”
Arsenal lost 2-0 to the defending Premier League champions in their opening fixture of the 2018-19 season.
The Gunners have lost their last four games against Manchester City since a 2-1 win over the Eastlands outfit in the FA Cup semi-finals in 2017.
Guardiola’s side have netted 11 times in four successive victories.
