Gary Neville lavished praise on Anthony Martial following his brilliant goal in Manchester United’s 3-0 victory over Stoke City in the Premier League at Old Trafford on Monday night.
The France international was in top form for the Red Devils and he curled home a brilliant goal after Antonio Valencia had given Jose Mourinho’s men the lead in the first half.
Romelu Lukaku then added a third goal in the second half to wrap up the three points for the Red Devils.
Former Manchester United defender Neville was hugely impressed by Martial’s performance at Old Trafford on Monday night against the Potters.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Neville said: “The finish from Martial is absolutely wonderful.
“He’s a great, great finisher. He scores great goals, he’s composed. He always has the right technique and always seems to do the right thing.
“The difference between the two teams was the quality finishes from United.”
France striker Martial has now scored eight goals and made three assists in the Premier League for Manchester United so far this season.
Monday night’s win left Manchester United in second place in the Premier League table and 12 points behind leaders Manchester City.
Mourinho’s men will return to Premier League action on Saturday afternoon with a clash against Burnley at Turf Moor.
Manchester United have not won the Premier League title since their famous final triumph under Sir Alex Ferguson back in 2013.
The Red Devils finished sixth and won both the Europa League and League Cup last term.
