Journalist claims both Man United and Chelsea want to sign 22-year-old
Chelsea could face competition from Manchester United for the signature of Tiemoue Bakayoko this summer, says Kaveh Solhekol

Manchester United have joined Chelsea in the race to sign Tiemoue Bakayoko from Monaco this summer, according to journalist Kaveh Solhekol.
The Blues have been heavily linked with a move to sign the Monaco star this summer but have yet to agree a deal for the 22-year-old defensive midfielder.
Now, Solhekol is claiming that Chelsea could be set to face competition from Manchester United for the signature of the France international.
Speaking on Sky Sports News HQ on Monday morning, Solekhol said: “Chelsea are still trying to sign Tiemoue Bakayoko from Monaco,” Solhekol said on Sky Sports News.
“But get this, Manchester United are also interested in him now.
“After what happened with Lukaku, United believe Chelsea are maybe reluctant to sell them Nemanja Matic, which is why Bakayoko is now a live option.”
Manchester United confirmed on Saturday that they had agreed a deal to sign Romelu Lukaku from Everton, despite the striker having been heavily linked with Chelsea all summer.
The Premier League champions, meanwhile, confirmed their second signing of the summer on Sunday with the capture of Roma defender Antonio Rudiger.
The Blues, who won the title last season, returned to pre-season training on Monday as they prepare for their second campaign under Antonio Conte at Stamford Bridge.
