Man United urged to pursue Chelsea FC swap deal
Shaka Hislop urges Man United to consider a swap deal involving Anthony Martial and Willian

Shaka Hislop believes that Manchester United should look into a swap deal with Chelsea FC involving Anthony Martial and Willian before Thursday’s transfer deadline.
The Red Devils are still believed to be on the lookout for a host of new signings this summer as Jose Mourinho looks to put the finishing touches to his squad ahead of the new campaign.
Manchester United have so far only signed three players this summer after having tied up deals for Diogo Dalot, Fred and Lee Grant ahead of Mourinho’s third season in charge.
Chelsea FC are, meanwhile, also still thought to be keen on bringing in some new players before the deadline ahead of Maurizio Sarri’s first campaign in charge.
Martial’s future at Old Trafford has been something of a source of speculation all summer and the French forward has been constantly linked with a move away from Old Trafford.
Likewise, Willian has also been linked with a move away from Chelsea FC following his lack of playing time last term.
Now, former goalkeeper Hislop has suggested that Chelsea FC and Manchester United should look into the possibility of completing a swap deal for the two players.
Speaking to ESPN FC, Hislop said: “It [a deal involving Willian and Martial] makes a lot of sense.
“Martial wants out. Have things changed with Sarri coming in? You’d have to assume yes.”
