Diogo Dalot makes promise to Man United boss Jose Mourinho
Diogo Dalot is determined to try and repay the faith shown in him by Jose Mourinho at Man United

Diogo Dalot has promised to repay the faith shown in him by Jose Mourinho at Manchester United.
The Portuguese full-back has been settling into life at Old Trafford after having signed for the Red Devils Porto on a five-year contract at the start of the summer transfer window.
Dalot has been working on his fitness levels behind the scenes at Carrington and the 19-year-old is yet to make his first competitive appearance for the Red Devils this season.
The young defender will be aiming to try and break into the first team at Old Trafford this season as he looks to prove himself to new Mourinho.
And Dalot himself has admitted that he is fully focused on repaying the faith shown in him by Mourinho at Old Trafford as he looks to try and help Manchester United enjoy a strong season.
Dalot said in an interview with ESPN: “His [Mourinho’s] history talks for itself. He’s a great manager, one of the greatest managers ever. Of course it helps. The communication helps, too.
“He believes in me, that’s the most important thing. I’m hoping to repay that and give him what he wants from me.”
Manchester United returned to winning ways in the Premier League last weekend when they sealed a 2-0 win at Burnley.
The Red Devils have taken just six points from their opening four Premier League games to leave them six points off the pace in the race for the Premier League title.
