Jamie Redknapp: These two key Man United individuals need to work together
The Liverpool FC legend believes Jose Mourinho and Paul Pogba need to work together for Manchester United to have a good season

Jamie Redknapp has warned Manchester United that Jose Mourinho and Paul Pogba need to work together to have a successful season.
The relationship between the Manchester United pair has fulled speculation over the past few months following a difficult 2017-18 season.
Mourinho was critical of Pogba’s subdued performances last season as the France international struggled to justify his £89m price tag.
The 25-year-old was one of the stars of the World Cup after the Manchester United midfielder scored in a 4-2 win over Croatia in the final.
Pogba returned to Manchester United training last week and the club record signing was ushered into the Red Devils team for the opening game.
The stand-in Manchester United skipper scored the opener from the penalty spot in a 2-1 win against Leicester City in the Premier League.
Former Liverpool FC captain Redknapp believes Manchester United need Mourinho and Pogba to work together to have a positive season.
“They are never going to have the same bond Mourinho shared with Frank Lampard at Chelsea but if United are to be successful this season, these two need to be pulling in the right direction,” Redknapp told the Daily Mail.
Manchester United re-signed Pogba in a £89m deal from Serie A giants Juventus in the 2016 summer transfer window.
The Red Devils finished in second place in the Premier League table last term but ended up 19 points adrift of champions Manchester City.
Manchester United haven’t won the Premier League title since 2013.
