Jermaine Jenas: Forget the negativity, Man United are doing better under Jose Mourinho
The Spurs legend defends Jose Mourinho's impact at Manchester United

Manchester United have made improvements under Jose Mourinho, Jermaine Jenas has insisted.
The Red Devils are facing a tough task overhauling derby rivals Manchester City in the Premier League title race.
Pep Guardiola’s side are sitting 11 points clear at the top of the Premier League table with 20 games to go.
Manchester City were impressive 2-1 winners at Old Trafford thanks to goals from David Silva and Nicolas Otamendi earlier in December.
Manchester United are going strong in the Champions League and were pitted against La Liga side Sevilla in the last-16 draw.
The Red Devils suffered a surprise League Cup exit following a 2-1 loss to Bristol City in the quarter-finals mid-week.
While some Manchester United fans are unhappy with the style of football under Mourinho, ex-Spurs midfielder Jenas is adamant that progress has been made.
“I don’t think any of us can argue that they aren’t doing better this year,” Jenas told BBC Radio 5 Live.
“They have improved as a team.
“I would hope Man United fans would look at this as a step on.”
Manchester United finished in sixth place in the Premier League table last term but won the Europa League and the FA Cup.
The Red Devils signed Victor Lindelof, Nemanja Matic and Romelu Lukaku in the summer transfer window.
