Gary Neville claims Man United star Paul Pogba doesn’t play seriously
The Man United legend wasn't impressed with Paul Pogba's disappointing performance at Crystal Palace on Monday night

Gary Neville has slammed Paul Pogba’s loose performance in Manchester United’s 3-2 win at Crystal Palace in the Premier League on Monday night.
The France international was named in the Manchester United side for the trip to Selhurst Park after the record signing was relegated to the bench against Huddersfield Town and Sevilla.
Pogba has struggled to impress in a midfield pair alongside Nemanja Matic, although Jose Mourinho’s inclusion of promising talent Scott McTomminay to ease the defensive workload on the Frenchman.
The 24-year-old struggled to have an influence on the Premier League clash at Selhurst Park after Palace raced into a 2-0 lead in the English capital thanks to goals from Patrick van Aanholt.
Pogba completed 90 minutes against Palace but struggled to have an impact on the Premier League game after goals from Chris Smalling, Romelu Lukaku and Matic sealed a late winner at Selhurst Park.
Former Manchester United defender Neville was critical of Pogba’s performance in the five-goal thriller at Palace.
“Paul Pogba’s great strength is that he plays with freedom like he’s playing in the park with his mates but his great weakness is it’s like he’s playing in the park with his mates,” Neville told Monday Night Football.
“It’s like everything he does is like an YouTube or Instagram video. It’s like it’s not serious.
“It’s like a joke to him in terms of the way he goes about things. It’s no wonder Jose Mourinho has left him out in the last few weeks a number of times.
Manchester United are in second place in the Premier League table and two points ahead of Liverpool FC ahead of their meeting at Anfield on Saturday evening.
The Red Devils won the Europa League and the League Cup under Mourinho last term.
