Gary Neville makes surprise Man United prediction about Paul Pogba
Gary Neville makes a prediction about Paul Pogba at Manchester United this season

Gary Neville believes that Paul Pogba could still end up being Manchester United’s player of the year this season.
The Red Devils star endured a night to forget on Monday after the Manchester United record signing cost the club two points at Wolves.
Pogba won a second-half penalty but opted to assume responsibility ahead of his team-mate Marcus Rashford, who scored from the spot a week earlier.
The World Cup winner’s effort was saved to force Manchester United to settle for a point at Wolves rather than a second successive league victory.
Neville was critical of Pogba’s decision to take the spot-kick given Rashford’s successful penalty conversion on the opening weekend.
However, the Manchester United legend still tipped Pogba to be the club’s player of the year this season.
“I think he could be the player of the year. That sounds like a bold statement,” Neville told Sky Sports’ Monday Night Football.
“He has the potential to be the best player in this league. He has the biggest personality in this league. Manchester United’s season rests a lot on him depending on how well he plays.
“I think he could be the player of the year, he is the one to watch for me. A lot of success for United depends on him and whether he can reach his real high standard.”
Pogba has been contending with relentless speculation surrounding his future after a mixed three seasons at Manchester United.
The France star has been linked with a move to La Liga giants Real Madrid, but a deal has failed to materialise so far.
Pogba has only won the Europa League and the League Cup since his return to Manchester United in an £89m deal from Juventus in 2016.
The Red Devils will taken on Crystal Palace at Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon.
