Jamie Redknapp sends warning to Man City about 25-year-old Man United star
The Liverpool legend believes Manchester United striker Romelu Lukaku will be raring to go for the visit of Manchester City on Sunday

Jamie Redknapp has warned Manchester City that Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho will be ready to unleash Romelu Lukaku in Sunday’s derby.
The Belgium international scored the Red Devils’ equaliser in a 2-1 victory over CSKA Moscow in the Champions League on Tuesday night.
Lukaku’s goal ended a four-game goal drought to give the 24-year-old some vital confidence ahead of the visit of Premier League leaders Manchester City this weekend.
The former Chelsea striker has only scored two goals in his last 13 games in all competitions following a blistering start to his Old Trafford career.
However, former Liverpool and Tottenham midfielder Redknapp believes Lukaku’s goal against CSKA Moscow will give the summer signing a lot of confidence ahead of the visit of the Premier League leaders.
“The goal will give him so much confidence,” Redknapp told Sky Sports.
“Jose can unleash him against Man City. It was a big goal.”
Lukaku was signed in a £75m deal from Premier League rivals Everton in the summer transfer window despite interest from defending champions Chelsea.
The Belgian forward scored 25 times in 36 games in the Premier League during his final season at Goodison Park.
The ex-Anderlecht man netted 10 goals in his opening nine fixtures in a Manchester United shirt before his first goal drought.
