Alan Shearer: What I really think of Paul Pogba at Man United
Alan Shearer has his say on Paul Pogba after Man United's 2-0 loss to Cardiff City on Sunday

Alan Shearer has hit out at Paul Pogba for his performances for Manchester United this season after their 2-0 loss to Cardiff City on Sunday.
The Red Devils went down 2-0 in front of their home fans at Old Trafford on Sunday as their poor season ended on another disappointing note.
Manchester United replaced Jose Mourinho with Ole Gunnar Solskjaer back in December, and although the Norwegian impressed after he first took over, the Red Devils’ form soon took a dramatic turn for the worse.
The Red Devils ended up finishing in sixth place in the Premier League table as they missed out on a trophy for the second season running.
Pogba is one player who has been widely criticised for his below-par performances in a Manchester United shirt this season.
And former England striker Shearer was clearly not impressed by Pogba’s display in Manchester United’s final game of the season against Cardiff City.
Speaking on Match of the Day, Shearer said: “This is the problem at Old Trafford. This epitomises everything that’s wrong with this football club and this football team.
“[Josh] Murphy and Pogba are together but have a look at them in a couple of seconds. [Cardiff have a] throw-in – that is not difficult, that is not hard, that is pretty simple to stay with your man and he just runs off Pogba with ease and he knocks it across with a simple tap in.
“That tells you everything that’s wrong with this football club at this moment in time. So, so easy. It’s going to be very difficult to change it.”
Asked about Pogba’s clash with Manchester United fans after the full-time whistle, Shearer said: “After the season he’s had… just get in. He can’t really argue, he’s got no point.”
Manchester United are bound to be linked with a host of players in the coming weeks and months as the Red Devils look to strengthen their squad in the summer transfer window.
